I never knew my body’s full potential, until I experienced this!

This will blow your mind ðŸĪŊ

During the 8 days of my Walk without any Electronics,

🚀 Skipping Lunch was one of the highlighting practices we did Every Single Day!

It was indeed a real challenge to skip Lunch.

However, it was not the main challenge.

🚀 The Major Challenge was that we had to walk and climb in the Hot Sun, lifting all our pieces of Luggage.

That was not the Most Challenging one though.

🚀 We did skip the Breakfast too, for a couple of days.

No, Not enough! Adding more to it –

🚀 It was those Skipped Breakfasts days, we also walked and climbed for Longer Distances.

Was that enough? No!

🚀 It was those Skipped Breakfast and Long Distant days, we also had to stay in Noble Silence.

Wow, you know how that feels? – For every few hundred steps, you’ll see merely a minute passing!

haha, No, It didn’t end there!

🚀 Yet another highlighting practice we followed was, to Eat only 75% of what we usually Eat.

Phew! Now, imagine everything together!

😂 Can you guess, how many times I felt drained? How many times did I feel dizzy? How many times did I faint off?

It was mind-blowing to witness the potential of my body!

✅ My Body never felt brisk like that in my 27 years.

✅ My Mind was always ready to do anything, even physically!

😎 I guess, my body was happy, relaxing and holding me briskly.

I realised that the body was always busy digesting the food I used to eat before, and never got a chance to relax or do anything other than just digesting and pushing off the excess, with the waste ðŸĪŪ

They say that our body only requires 50% of what we Consume Daily.

Yet, we Dump it with Everything that we want.

Experimenting with this did not only help me realize the potential of my body but also several other things, which I’ll keep for another day!

ðŸĪŠ Hope I didn’t dump your mind with more than 75% of what you could consume, hehe!
