Who am I & Why Invite Me?

I’m G Surendar Thina, an engineer turned Community Builder, Mentor, and Educator, dedicated to empowering college students through hands-on learning, industry exposure, and personal growth.

With over 9 years of experience, I’ve mentored 200+ students 1:1, and have guided 3000+ students so far, helping them navigate their college-to-career transition with confidence.

I founded Think Digital Students Community (TD)—a micro-community movement that fosters growth in four major aspects: Identity, Network, Exposure, and Awareness (INEA).

I help college students take charge of their journey — with systems, stories, and proof of work.
